- The balloon rises every 15 to 20 minutes. If it is about to take off when you reach the box office, you can wait in the balloon garden until the next ascent.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel or reschedule this ticket until 23:59 on the day before your visit. After that, the ticket is non-refundable and the date cannot be changed.

The Welt Balloon station stands at the corner of Zimmerstraße and Wilhelmstraße, in the Mitte district, on the former line of the Berlin Wall. The area also includes the Topography of Terror, a remaining section of the Berlin Wall on Niederkirchnerstraße and the Bundesrat building on Leipziger Straße, so the ride is easy to combine with other sites linked to Berlin's history.
